We hope you are in good health and good spirits. We're writing about how the current COVID-19 situation affects our service to you. Like you, we want to slow the spread of COVID-19. We continue to monitor announcements from government health authorities and encourage you to do the same. Follow us on Facebook for any updates or changes to our response.
For the time being, we are maintaining our regular opening hours. Naturally, we are offering the same exceptional level of customer service you have come to expect at Mr Mobile. Should you feel unwell (fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, headache or shortness of breath) or if you have recently returned from overseas, we ask that you refrain from visiting us in store in order to ensure the safety of all customers and staff. In many cases, we can look after you just as well if you browse our website, give us a call or email us instead.
Our online ordering system and customer service team is running as usual. We encourage you to take advantage of online shopping rather than collecting your purchase in store.
INVENTORY & AUD PRICING
So far our stock levels have not been affected by shortages and we have increased our inventory holdings to ensure this remains the case. As of this morning 1 Australian Dollar equals 0.58 United States Dollars, making the cost of goods imported to Australia around 20% more expensive than in December. Most of our suppliers will be increasing their prices over the coming months and we encourage customers to consider making any major purchases before the price rises start rolling in. Essentially everything is on sale right now compared to what prices will be like in 3 months time.
