Return/Exchange Conditions

To ensure the higest levels of customer satisfaction, Mr Mobile offers fair and flexible return and exchange terms on all of its products with the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date
  2. Items must be returned with proof of purchase (i.e: a sales reciept) 
  3. Items must be returned uopened and in their original packaging
  4. Items must be returned in a safe and undamaged condition
  5. A 15% Restocking Fee applies to all approved returns
  6. Customers are responsible for all freight and/or postage charges relating to return of goods
  7. Mr Mobile does not accept responsibility of goods lost in transit though the return process

It is also important to ensure that the following is included with the product:

  1. A copy of your reciept or proof of purchase
  2. Your details: Name, Phone Number, Email, Return Address
  3. Reason for return and/or exchange item SKU

Mr Mobile strives to bring you the very best in value, price and quality - everytime.

Unfortunately, there are times when a product just does not work as we expect it to.

In cases like these, we kindly ask that you return the item to us for a replacement* or a refund**.

It is also important to ensure that the following is included with the product:

  1. A copy of your reciept or proof of purchase
  2. Your details: Name, Phone Number, Email, Return Address
  3. A detailed description of the fault and/or reason for return

Please Note: Failure to supply this information item may lead to longer than usual delays in processing your request.

To ensure the safe return of goods, it is strongly recommended that you use a trackable postage service in case you need to follow up on the whereabouts of the item. Mr Mobile does not accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit and not returned to us.
