Unfortunately however, there are times when a product just does not work as we expect it to.

In cases like these, we kindly ask that you return the item to us for a replacement* or a refund**.

When returning a faulty item to Mr Mobile, please send it to:

It is also important to ensure that the following is included with the product:

  1. A copy of your reciept or proof of purchase
  2. Your details: Name, Phone Number, Email, Return Address
  3. A detailed description of the fault

Please Note: Failure to supply this information with the item can lead to delays when processing your request.

To ensure the safe return of faulty goods, it is strongly recommended that you use a trackable service in case you need to follow up on the whereabouts of the item. Mr Mobile does not accept responsibility for faulty goods that are lost in transit and not returned to us.
