Really impressed with the quality and performance of this product. I have used one for over 2 years on one of my other bikes, in all conditions and have had no issues with security of the phone and have seen no deterioration. I have an iPhone 6S plus and this holder grips it perfectly, especially when used with the rubber tether. I bought a second one to fit to my new sports tourer so I don't have to swap cradles!

Ram iPhone Plus X Grip

I have been using the Ram mount system for a couple of years now which has been a great product with the odd fail that I will post, I have found that the rubber boots at times have let the phone fall from it's grip which is a little startling when you are driving & the wipers switch gets hit at the same time. I upgraded from the normal size X Grip to a larger one as had a smaller iPhone 6S then I went to the 7Plus size & so far the it is holding that phone on my long road trips, I have found that placing the phone in a more downward straight down position as opposed to straight out position holds it better as it rests up against the drivers side air vent in my VW Transporter & also my VW Passat wagon. Mark.
